Proposals to the Berne University Research Foundation may be submitted once a year.

The date of the postmark counts as the binding date of submission; equally important is the on-time lodgement of the proposal in PDF Format. Proposals arriving later than the indicated deadline are registered and filed for the next possible submission date (spring 2025).
Proposals incl. all enclosures are to be sent in two hard copies by priority mail (A-Post) to the following address:

Before submitting your proposal please consult the info sheet carefully. It provides information as to who is eligible to submit a proposal, which documents are required for submission and what types of projects the Foundation supports. Proposals that do not comply with the provisions listed in the info sheet will not be accepted.
